What data we collect

When you use the contact or inquiry forms on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. We collect this only so we can respond to you.

No account is created. We do not collect passwords or payment information through this site. Product purchases go through Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout and payment processing under its own privacy policy. If you request a free guide, your email may be sent to Loops so we can deliver the guide and related RAW emails.

Why we collect it

Your name and email are used to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested free guides, send product emails after purchase, and send RAW emails you explicitly asked to receive. We do not sell, trade, or rent this data.

How it is stored and processed

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Inquiry form submissions are routed through Resend, a transactional email service, which delivers your message to our inbox at hello@robynashleyweddings.com. Lead magnet signups and product email tags may be processed through Loops. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. These services use their own secure infrastructure and privacy policies.

We retain inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond or complete a booking. If you opt in to RAW emails or buy a product, your email may remain in Loops so we can deliver the requested emails, product updates, receipts, and support. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

Third parties

This site may use the following third-party services in the course of normal operation:

• Resend handles delivery of form submission emails to our inbox.
• Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, and edge delivery for this site. Cloudflare may log standard server access data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) in the course of serving the site. This is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate, privacy-first traffic measurement (page views, top pages, referrers, countries, devices). It is cookieless, sets no identifiers in your browser, and does not track you across other sites.
• Loops handles requested free-guide delivery, email opt-ins, and product email tags.
• Lemon Squeezy handles digital product checkout, payment processing, receipts, and tax/VAT handling.

We do not currently use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or session-recording tools on this site. Our analytics is the cookieless Cloudflare measurement described above. If we add advertising or analytics tools that use cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Cookies

This site does not set any non-essential cookies. We do not run tracking scripts, retargeting pixels, or session recording software, and our traffic analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless. The site is largely static and functions without persistent cookies.

Your browser may receive functional cookies from Cloudflare as part of its edge network operation (for example, DDoS protection). These are necessary for the site to function and are not under our direct control.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. Send an email to hello@robynashleyweddings.com with your name and request. We will confirm the deletion within seven days.

If you are a resident of the European Union or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR or the CCPA. We are a small single-person business and take these requests seriously. If you have a specific request under those frameworks, email us and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
