What data we collect

When you use the contact or inquiry forms on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. We collect this only so we can respond to you.

No account is created. Product purchases go through Stripe, which handles payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive order information needed to deliver your files, send receipts, provide support and handle refunds. If you request a free guide, your email may be sent to Loops so we can deliver the guide and related RAW emails.

Why we collect it

Your name and email are used to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested free guides, send product emails after purchase, and send RAW emails you explicitly asked to receive. We do not sell, trade, or rent this data.

How it is stored and processed

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Inquiry form submissions are routed through Loops, an email service, which delivers your message to our inbox at hello@robynashleyweddings.com. Lead magnet signups and product email tags may be processed through Loops. Purchases are processed by Stripe. These services use their own secure infrastructure and privacy policies.

We retain inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond or complete a booking. If you opt in to RAW emails or buy a product, your email may remain in Loops so we can deliver the requested emails, product updates, receipts, and support. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

Third parties

This site may use the following third-party services in the course of normal operation:

• Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, and edge delivery for this site. Cloudflare may log standard server access data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) in the course of serving the site. This is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4, delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz, provides optional visit and conversion measurement when you allow Analytics. Google receives visitor and session identifiers, browser/device information, page and referring-page information, campaign context, kit interest and consented conversion events. Purchase events include order identifiers, product names, quantities and amounts. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages or signed download links to Google Analytics.
• Loops handles requested free-guide delivery, email opt-ins, purchase receipts, product email tags, and delivery of form submissions to our inbox.
• Stripe handles digital product checkout and payment processing.

Advertising tools are not currently enabled on this site. We will update these disclosures and offer a separate Advertising choice within the same cookie settings before connecting advertising platforms. Allowing Analytics does not grant permission for advertising personalization or remarketing.

Cookies, storage and your choices

Optional Analytics stays off until you choose to allow it. The banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Customize. Browsing, inquiries, checkout and delivery do not require optional Analytics. You can reopen the same settings using Cookie preferences in the footer and change your choice at any time.

Cloudflare Zaraz stores your choice in the first-party zaraz-consent cookie. With Analytics allowed, Zaraz can use zaraz_google-analytics_v4 and zarazs_google-analytics_v4 to keep visitor and session information across events. These are persistent and session-related analytics storage; their cookie expiry is controlled by Zaraz and your browser. Google Analytics event-data retention is currently set to 14 months, with user-data retention renewed on activity.

With Analytics allowed, this site also stores first-visit source details in raw_ft, the last blog path in raw_lastpost, and purchase-send markers named raw_purchase_… in localStorage. These records have no automatic expiry and remain until you withdraw Analytics, clear browser data or your browser removes them. Campaign context in raw_utm uses sessionStorage and lasts for the browser tab's session. Consented source details may accompany a requested signup or checkout so we can understand where it came from.

Rejecting or withdrawing Analytics stops new optional sends, cancels pending site sends and clears the site's optional Analytics storage and accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase data already sent to a provider or financial records needed for your purchase. You can request deletion of personal data as described below.

Functional storage remains available for consent choices, security and delivery. Cloudflare may use security cookies when needed to protect the site. The owner's raw_notrack opt-out flag can persist for a year as a cookie and until cleared in localStorage. Advertising tools remain inactive today. Our consent integration treats Global Privacy Control as an opt-out if an Advertising purpose is added later.

Robyn Walker, operating as Robyn Ashley Weddings, is responsible for this site's use of these tools. Cloudflare processes site delivery and Zaraz events, and Google processes the optional Analytics data under its privacy policy. We limit measurement URLs to remove private checkout and download tokens, and the GA4 tool is configured to hide the originating visitor IP address from Google.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. Send an email to hello@robynashleyweddings.com with your name and request. We will confirm the deletion within seven days.

If you are a resident of the European Union or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR or the CCPA. We are a small single-person business and take these requests seriously. If you have a specific request under those frameworks, email us and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
